Regulation Status
- The Isle of Man currently has no binding AI-specific law in force; a dedicated national AI strategy and regulatory approach are at the planning stage.
- In April 2025 Chief Minister Alf Cannan announced that the Isle of Man will develop its own AI rules and regulations rather than adopting the EU AI Act, with a tailored national AI strategy being formulated that may incorporate elements from other frameworks.
