Regulation Status
- Fiji does not have an AI specific law or strategy. But in December 2023, Fiji’s Cabinet approved the development of a National Digital Strategy to drive economic growth and sustainable development through digital technology. The Digital Government Transformation Programme, known as DigitalFIJI, aims to cultivate a $1 billion digital economy by 2030.
