- Andorra has no comprehensive, binding AI-specific law; its approach rests on a voluntary code of ethics and alignment with international standards.
- Andorra has published an Andorran Code of Ethics for Artificial Intelligence (2024) aimed at the public sector, private sector and general public as a guide to reliable AI deployment, aligned with the recommendations of international bodies including the UN, UNESCO and the Council of Europe.
- International engagement has included hosting the Andorra Forum (October 2025), where the Council of Europe and the International Telecommunication Union stressed cross-border cooperation to protect children from digital threats exacerbated by AI.
